Does the bonnet pictured look like the bonnet received?

Not always. I use preloved fabric to make the bonnets. So, depending where on the fabric it’s cut, the result may look different, especially when using fabric with a pattern. The larger the bonnet size, the more pattern is shown. The smaller the bonnet size, the less of the pattern is shown.

How many bonnets of the same design are released at a time?

Most bonnets are between 1-8 of a kind, with some allowing for more. I don't know how many of each design will be available until the patterns are cut. However, each listed bonnet will tell you how many are left in stock.

Shipping is free within the US. We do ship internationally with a flat rate of $10 ($6 for Canada). If there is more than one bonnet in an international order, there may be additional shipping charges. Please keep in mind that all international sales are final, and that the buyer is responsible for any customs/import fees that may apply.

What is the return/exchange policy?

Hipcheeks will accept returns in unwashed and unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the item, a refund will be issued. Exchanges are made as stock allows. If you do not make an exchange from the remaining stock, you may request a refund or opt for store credit. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customers responsibility.

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchasing your order. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line of the email.

Are the garments/fabrics prewashed?

Yes, every garment/fabric is prewashed using fragrance free, hypoallergenic detergent.

Yes. All bonnets are to be hand washed using cold water. Hang or lay flat to dry, and if needed, cool iron.

Measure the circumference of the child’s head from the front of the forehead and around to the deepest part of the back of the head, using a soft tape measure. If you don’t have a soft tape measure, you can use a piece of string or ribbon, and then measure the length of the string or ribbon.
